Florida's alligator's have been getting a bad press lately, just becuase they have eaten a few people....not really their fault. This one seemed to be happy to let me take his picture from a fairly close distance ...I did have a bike to hit him with if he wanted a chase :-).

Wow, you're brave. I'll check out the new location.
Very different to Australia's Croc's.. They wont let you get within kooee of them unless they are hidden and on the hunt!
